Understand
Any effort that our initiative undertaken will seek in the first instance understanding from empathy the feelings, attitudes, values and needs of the community. Our starting point will always be a diagnosis, this being in itself a fundamental tool to be able to know, describe and involve a community.

Teach
We are committed to comprehensive socio-training processes by learning the skills necessary to
self-realization, the sense of belonging, the self-construction of the social fabric, the development
socioeconomic, entrepreneurship, freedom, sustainability
environment, and the strengthening of art, culture and science.

Connect
We are all different and have different ideas, values and points of view. However, if there is something that maximizes the results of our actions, it is working together with other people, learning to relate to each other and achieving common goals.
The connection is a tangible sample of interaction, communication, decision making, agreements and achievement of collective goals.
